椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法对平均手术年龄为71.4岁的11例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的病例进行回顾性分析。其中,经皮穿刺椎体成形术9例12椎,因椎弓根过细而改为开放手术成形2例2椎。结果11例患者均取得满意疗效,无下肢放射痛及括约肌功能障碍。短期随访复查胸腰椎X线片未发现椎体有形态学改变及椎体新压缩出现,也未见全身性并发症出现。结论椎体成形术为加固骨质疏松椎体的未来发展趋势。
