摘要
通过成分、组织和高温性能等试验、对比分析了碳弧气刨清根、碳弧气刨清根后砂轮打磨焊根、直接砂轮磨根三种清根方法的焊接试板。认为YUS701不锈钢配40K焊条手弧焊可采用碳弧气刨清根后再砂轮打磨焊根的清根方法,以提高工效和产品质量。
According to the experiments of high temperature properties,microstructure and chemical compsition etc,three kinds of weld root cleaning methodswere compared.The root cleaning methods include:carbonic arc gas cleaning,carbonic arc gas cleaning followed sand wheel grind,and directly sand wheel grind.It is consided that the method of carbonic arc gas cleaning followed sand wheel grind could be used in the weld joint of YUS701 stainless steel with the 40K electrode.This technique could increase efficient and quality of the products.
