摘要 InSAR系统根据两幅相干复影像的相位差进行高程测量,相位精度是影响系统高程测量精度的主要因素之一,通过相位误差分析,以达到减小误差的目的。在介绍了InSAR高程测量基本原理基础上,结合基于卫星编队InSAR系统的特点,依据两幅复影像的相干性对相位误差的影响情况,从影响雷达接受信号的相干性为切入点,分析了影响卫星编队InSAR系统的相位误差源。经研究得出主要误差源为热噪声等设计误差、空间同步和相位同步引起的误差,以及数据处理干损引起的误差。并对其影响和要求进行了分析。 In the system of InSAR, altimetrie survey is based on phase difference between two coherent complex images, the accuracy of phase is the one of main factors affecting systematic vertical measurement accuracy, the error can be reduced through making a phase error analysis. On the foundation of introducing the basic principles of InSAR ahimetric survey, combining the characteristics of InSAR system based on formation-flying satellites, according to the influence of complex image coherent to phase error, starting from the coherent infecting radar receiving signal, phase error sources infecting InSAR system based on formation-flying satellites have been analyzed. A conclusion can be gotten after researching, that the main errors are arisen by means of thermal noise such as design error, space synchronization, phase synchronization and data processing decorrelation, and the effect and demand also have been analyzed.
