摘要
以北京地区多层住宅为例,选定行列和错列排布的多层住宅区,设定参数,建立模型,用模拟软件[1]研究了日照时间和日照间距系数之间的关系。研究结果显示仅按日照间距系数设计,不一定能满足住宅建筑规范GB50368-2005中规定的住宅日照标准,即北京地区大寒日2h的日照时间。
In this paper, the author selected ranks layout and stagger layout multi-layered residential distriers in Beijing area, sated parameters, built models, and with software of ECOTECT analyzed the relations between solar time and sunshine spacing coefficient. The findings indicated that if only according the sunshine spacing coefficient to design, it is uncertain to satisfy the solar time ordinance in the Residential building codes, which is 2 hours solar time in the Great Cold Day in Beijing area.
