摘要
介绍了在球罐设计施工中,对20MnMo锻件与CP-62钢异种钢接头的焊接性试验及焊接工艺的拟定。通过多种试验表明,在拟定的焊接工艺条件下,20MnMo锻件与CP-62钢的异种材料焊接接头可获得满意力学性能,符合技术要求。
The weldability experiment and welding procedure working-out of 20MnMo forging and CF-62 steel joint for spheric tank design and fabrication are introduced. As a result the joint properties of 20MnMo and CF -62 is satisfatory to the demand.
