提升农村金融服务水平是解决三农问题的关键。当前,欠发达农业区农村金融服务不能满足其实际需求,因此,应改革现有服务模式,通过兴建乡村银行、引导资金回流、加强政策性金融支农、建立多层次保障体系等去化解农村金融服务难题。

The improvement of financial services is the key to solve problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Nowdays, Financial services in developing rttral areas can＇t meet its actual demand. So, rural financial services mode must be regorganized, such as set up country bank, direet investment funds to rural areas, step up support for agriculture, establish multi-level security system.
