An Approach to the Disease Optional Stan dard in DRGS of NCMS in WuHan

目的:分析新型农村合作医疗单病种定额付费方式中病种选择的原则和标准。方法:调查武汉市新农合单病种定额付费病种选择的各方意向和武汉市参合农民疾病分布特点,对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:武汉市新农合单病种定额付费方式中病种选择应控制在10种-15种。

Objective：The article analyzes the disease optional standard and principle ofthe quota payment of specific diseases in the new rural cooperative medical system.Methods：It investigates all the parties＇ disease optional willingness of the quota payment of specific diseases and the disease distrubution characteristics of the farmers who participate in the new rural cooperative medical insurance in Wuhan municipal. The investigated data has been ayalyzed by statistics methods.Results：The disease option should be controlled in 10 to 15 disease entities in the quota payment of specific diseases of the new rural cooperative medical system in Wuhan municipal.
