摘要
严格按照国际标准检疫程序要求,对提供出口澳大利亚的26个甘蔗品种在昆明专用甘蔗检疫温室进行了两个生长周期的病虫疫情监测,未发现疫情;同时,利用已建立的血清学检测技术对甘蔗宿根矮化病、花叶病进行了检测,结果均呈阴性,符合对方的标准和要求,确保了国际合作甘蔗品种交换的安全和正常进行。
Epidemic situation was not detected by observing and inspecting 26 sugarcane varieties exported to Australia for diseases and insects for two growth cycles according to quarantine program of international standard in Kunming quarantine greenhouse. Serological detection for RSD and mosaic disease of the 26 sugarcane varieties showed a negative reaction. Therefore, it agreed with standard and requirement of Australia so as to ensure sugarcane varieties exchange underway safely and regularly.
