摘要
从我国EVD产业遭遇的窘境出发,通过分析EVD失败的原因,提出了培育我国高科技企业自主创新能力的对策,希望能对我国高科技企业的战略选择有所帮助。
Based on the dilemma which our EVD industry has faced, this paper analyzes the reason for its failure and gives some suggestions for constructing the self-innovation capabilities for our high-tech enterprises,hopes to do some help to high-tech enterprises＇ strategic choice.
