摘要
如何确定声振系统的固有频率是超声珩磨系统设计的关键问题之一.本文提出了先确定振子系统的结构尺寸,然后应用有关理论计算其固有频率,在此基础上结合实验设计整个珩磨系统的方法.通过对其振频的理论计算与实验结果的比较,证明这一方法是可行的.
One of critical problem in designing the ultrasonic honing system is how to obtain the natural frequency of vibration system, for which a method is presented. Through deciding constructive sizes of the vibration system, and calculating its natural frequency according to related theory, combined with the experimental data, the whole honing system can be designed. After comparing theoretic value with the tested result, conclusion can be drawn that the method is available.
