新疆茜草中铜锰铁锌钙镁的形态分析

Speciation Analysis of Cu,Mn,Fe,Zn,Ca and Mg in Rubia tinctorum L.

结合新疆茜草的药用价值，用煎煮法对新疆茜草中的Cu、Mn、Fe、Zn、Ca和Mg进行了含量和形态分析。用0．45μm滤膜分离提取液中的可溶态与悬浮态，用D101大孔吸附树脂分离可溶态中的有机态与无机态。对水煎渣依次用丙酮和盐酸提取有机态和无机态，用原子吸收光谱（AAs）法对六种元素的各个形态进行测定。结果表明：新疆茜草中各个元素的提取率在31．5％～45．2％之间，六种微量元素的相对标准偏差在0．11％～1．23％，回收率在92．5％～104．7％。

Combining medicinal values of Rubia tinctorum L. , Ca, Fe, Zn, Mn, Mg and Cu in Rubia tinctorum L. were extracted based on traditional analytical flowchart program and separated to watersoluble state and suspension state by 0.45 μm filtering membrance. Water-soluble state was divided into organic state and inorganic state by D101 macroporous absorption resin. The residue was distilled with acetone and HC1. The contents of all states were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that extractive rates of the elements in Rubia tinctorurn L. were in the range of 31.5%- 45.2% ,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.11-1.23%, and the recoveries were in the range of 92.5 %-104.7%.
