摘要
研齿过程中机床主轴系统的设计以及主要工艺参数的选择是影响研齿效果的重要因素。通过主轴系统的动态分析,可以解决电机与主轴间连接刚度的选择以及飞轮尺寸的选择问题。研齿过程中,齿轮的中心距要做不断的变动,变动的方式以及变动的速度对研齿工艺的可行性以及研齿精度都有很大的影响。分析表明,采用运动方向与原中心距垂直的方向是合理的。运动速度可采用恒速,也可以通过步进电机控制变速运动方式。
The important factors which affect the gear abrasion are the design of machine tool's spiale system and the selecting of main process parameters in the course of the gear abrasion. Through the dynamic analysis to the machine tool's spiale system,the problems about the selecting of the join-rigidity beween the motor and the spiale,the selecting of the size of the flywheels can be solved.In the course of the abrasion,the center distance of gears must be changed coutinuously.The way and the speed of the center distance change can give large in- fluence to the precision of gears and the feasibility of the abrasion processing of gears.Anal- ysis shown that it is reasonable making the movement direction perpendicular to the center distance direction.Movement speed must be defined by the calculating formula in this paper. The speed can be constant or be changed by the controlling of step motor.
