摘要
从2004年3月至2006年8月间对南水北调中线水源区丹江口水库3个采样点水体进行了浮游植物数量种类和9项理化指标的检测,并对浮游植物的数量、种类的生长变化与环境因子之间的相互关系进行综合相关分析.结果表明:环境因子与浮游植物之间的综合正相关系数为0.635 1(P<0.05);依据各环境因子与所有藻类的综合正相关系数的大小,重要环境因子有总氮、总磷、化学需氧量、生化需氧;依据各藻类与所有环境因子的综合正相关系数的大小,受环境影响显著的主要藻类有硅藻和绿藻.综合相关系数分析所得的各种结果之间非常协调一致,与实际也基本相符.由此可得出:综合相关系数分析法,是科学合理的,有一定的实用性,并有待进一步深入研究;分析结果是从一个全新的更全面更综合的分析角度所得出的,无疑将为水库的环境监测、分析治理提供新的资料.
Water samples are collected at three points of Danjiangkou reservoir of the middle line of South--North Water Diversion Project from March 2004 to September 2006. The species and quantity of plankton and 9 indices of water samples were tested. These data are analyzed by method of integrated correlation coefficient. The results indicate environmental factors have integrated positive correlation with the planktons significantly. According to correlation coefficient, the important environmental factors are total nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand and biochemical oxygen demand and diatoms and green algae have remarkably been influenced by environment. These results obtained by this method are very consistent and also accord with facts basically. Therefore, the environmental factors have significant impacts on the planktons. The experiment result also shows the method of integrated correlation coefficient analysis is scientific and rational, and is worthy of study and popularization.
