新疆大豆主栽品种主要农艺性状分析 被引量:9

摘要 为给高产大豆育种提供理论依据,对新疆种植的具有代表性的12个大豆品种的农艺性状进行了研究,对达到显著差异的6个性状进行相关分析,并对影响百粒重的5个性状进行通径分析。结果表明:百粒重的提高受到株高、每荚粒数、主茎节数和结荚高度的限制,而单株荚数的增加会带来百粒重的增加。在大豆杂交种的选育过程中,在保持一定单株荚数的基础上,有针对性地选择荚大、粒大、粒重的个体,并注重品质性状,有望培育出优质、高产的大豆新品种。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for high-yield soybean breeding,main agronomic characters of 12 major cultivated soybean varieties in Xinjiang were investigated in this experiment. And 6 main characters showed significant difference were used to associated analysis and 5 characters for influence 100-seed weight were used to pathway analysis. The results showed that the improved of 100-seed weight was limited by plant height, seed number per pod, number of main stem and hight of pod-setting. However, the increase in the number of pods per plant would bring the improved of 100-seed weigh. In the process of hybrid soybean breeding, in the pods remain on the basis of a targeted selection of dioxin, tablets, individual weight, and focus on quality traits, and is expected to produce high-quality, high-yielding new varieties of soybean.
