摘要
以4个南瓜品种为材料,采用LI-6400型便携式光合仪测定不同天气条件下各南瓜品种苗期的净光合速率及其影响因子日变化情况,结果表明:南瓜苗期无论晴天还是阴天,4个品种的净光合速率、光合有效辐射、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均呈单峰型变化,晴天均于中午12:00达到高峰,阴天均于下午14:00达到高峰,净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率最大值均是印度品种旋复;此外,无论晴天还是阴天,4个品种的胞间CO2浓度均呈"U"型变化,叶温均呈倒"U"型变化,且同一时间各品种的叶温几乎没有差别。
Using LI-6400 photosynthesis measure system and taking 4 pumpkin variety as material, the experiment measured the diurnal change of pumpkin's net photosynthetic rate as well as its impact factor, so that scientific and guidable suggestion can be provided for cuhivation and management of pumpkin. The result indicated that: net photosynthetic rate and photosynthesis effective radiation and stomatal and transpiration rate conductance of 4 pumpkin variety were all the single-peak curve whenever in sunny day or in cloudy day.In sunny day,they reached the peak at 12:00 and incloudy day at 14:00,the maximum is the xuanfu which was indian pumpkin. The intercellular space CO2 changed as and the leaf temperature changed as inverted "U"and the leaf temperature of each pumpkin variety were all no difference at the same measuring time.
