Determination of Gallic Acid in Yanyan Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立咽炎片中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以AichromBond色谱柱为分离柱,乙腈-0.05%磷酸(1:99)为流动相,273nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:没食子酸在(0.5～50.0)μg范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993),平均回收率为102.9%,RSD为0.28%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。

Objective： To set up determination the contents of Gallic Acid in Yanyan Tablets.METHODS： HPLC method was used. Chromatographic condition included AichromBond C18 and the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05phosphoric acid solution （1：99）, with a detection wavelength of 273nm and the temperature to room temperature.RESULT： The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.5 -50.0μg for Gallic Acid,r=0.9993,average recovery of Gallic Acid was 102.9%, RSD was 0.28% （n=5） .CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as the determination of the preparations.
