摘要 目的:建立八味沉香丸中没食子酸的含量以控制产品质量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-4%磷酸溶液(5:95),检测波长为272nm,流速0.8mL.min-1。结果:没食子酸对照品在0.4~2.0ug浓度内线性关系良好,r=0.9993。平均加样回收率98.45%,RSD为1.14%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠、简便,可用于八味沉香丸的质量控制。 Objective: The method of quality control of Berberine Hydrochloride in Baweichenxiangwan Gallic acid by HPLC is established. Method:An C18 column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixture of Aeetonitrile-4% Phosphoric acid (5:95) by flow rate of 0.8 mLomin- 1 in this method.And UVdetector wavelength was 272nm.Resuhs:The linear range of Berberine Hydrochloride was 0.4-2.0ug (r=0.9993) .Theaverage recovery was 98.45% (RSD=1.14%, n=6) .Conclusion: An accurate,simple,rapid qualitative method with good reproducibilityto assay Berberine Hydroehloride in Bawei Berberine Cureumin were established, and could be used in quality control of Baweichenxiangwan.
