川蝎防痛汤加减治疗偏头痛78例临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨以化瘀祛风、行气通络法组方"川蝎防痛汤"加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将78例符合标准的患者随机分成两组,对照组口服氟桂利嗪、阿替洛尔、谷维素,治疗组在对照组基础治疗上配合"川蝎防痛汤"加减治疗28天,随访观察半年后比较临床疗效,进行血液流变学、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)复查。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为92.31%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组血液流变学指标改善情况和TCD检查结果好转率与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:"川蝎防痛汤"可显著改善脑血流微循环和血流变学指标,对防治偏头痛有较好的临床疗效、无明显毒副作用。
