三指雪莲花化学成分研究

Studies on chemical constituents of Saussurea tridactyla

目的:对西藏产三指雪莲花Saussurea tridactyla Sch.-Bip.ex Hook.f.全草进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:从该藏药材乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为b-谷甾醇(1)、芹菜素(2)、木樨草素(3)、芹菜素-7-O-b-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、木樨草素-7-O-b-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、槲皮素-3-O-b-D-葡萄糖苷(6)和紫丁香苷(7)。结论:化合物6系首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Saussurea tridactyla Sch.-Bip. ex Hook. L Method： The ethanol extract of S. tridaetyla was separated by means of silica gel chromatography. The compounds isolated from the plant were identified by their spectral evidence. Result： Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 13-stiosterol （1） , apigenin （2） , luteolin （3） , apigenin7-O-b-D-glucoside （4） , luteolin 7-O-b-D-glucoside （5） , quercetin 3-O-b-D-glucoside （6） and syringin （7） . Conclusion： Compounds 6 were isolated from S, tridactyla for the first time.
