摘要
高压容器的工作温度、压力很高,介质特殊。采用单层厚板式结构对材料的要求高,筒体的壁厚一般也会很厚。若采用多层包扎式结构,比单层厚板式要好得多。文章对多层包扎式和单层厚板式结构进行了比较分析,为高压容器的结构设计提供了一定的参考。
Since high-pressure vessels are operated under high pressure and high temperature with a special medium,there are high requirements on the material of vessels and the wall thickness of cylinders if the structure of single layer thick plate is adopted.Multilayered structure is better than the structure of single layer thick plate.This paper compares the multilayered structure with the structure of single layer thick plate,which provides reference to the structural design of high-pressure vessels in future.
