摘要
文章通过对丙烯泵机械密封的特点进行端面比压分析,得出液膜相态不稳定是密封泄漏的主要原因,通过采取更换静环而适当加大面积比,并通过改善冷却条件,控制端面温度来保证机械密封在合适的端面比压下工作,保证机械密封处于较稳定的工作状态。
Through analysis on the end face specific pressure,in this article,based on the characteristics of mechanical seal of propylene pump,finds out that the seal leakage is mainly caused by instability of fluid film phase state.By replacing static ring to appropriately increase area ratio and by improving the cooling conditions to control end face temperature,consequently to ensure the right specific pressure of end face for mechanical seal operation so as to ensure a stable working conditions for mechanical seal.
