重油催化裂化装置外取热器管束、衬里损坏原因分析及处理对策

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND MEASURES FOR DAMAGE OF TUBE AND LINING OF EXTERNAL CATALYST COOLER IN RFCC UNIT

介绍了催化裂化装置外取热器在运行过程中发生的管束泄漏及衬里损坏等故障情况,对产生故障的原因进行了分析,找出了产生故障的主要原因,并采取了处理对策。现已进行了10年,没有再发生管束因磨损穿孔而发生泄漏的事故,解决了外取热器的磨损问题。

This article introduces the problems of tube bundle leakage and lining damage in operation of external catalyst cooler in RFCC unit,finds out main reasons for the damage through analysis,and takes corresponding measures.No leakage of tube bundle was observed because of attrition during the past 10 years,indicating that the attrition problem of external catalyst cooler has been solved.
