摘要
针对某公司加氢裂化装置中,与过滤器相连的膨胀节波纹管出现的泄漏现象,对失效的波纹管进行了宏观形貌、微观形貌、腐蚀产物能谱、金相组织及材料化学成分等分析,结果发现晶间腐蚀是造成失效的主要原因,并据此提出了改进措施。
Against the leakage of bellow expansion joint connected with filter in hydrocracking unit,macroscopic appearance,micro-topography,power spectrum of corrosion product,micro structure and material chemical composition analysis are carried out on bellow expansion joint.The results show that intercrystalline corrosion is the principal reason for the failure.Corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
