摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆炼化分公司重整加热炉对流段热载体炉管及扰流子管式空气预热器管束发生泄漏,泄漏的原因为低温露点腐蚀,采用无机热管技术对加热炉空气预热器改造,并对自产瓦斯进行脱硫,彻底消除了泄漏隐患,保障了装置正常运行。
In this article,the leakage scenarios of heat carrier tube in the reforming furnace convection section and air preheater in Daqing Refining & Chemical Company is presented.The reason of leakage has been found,and inorganic heat tube technology is used to reform furnace air preheater,to reform the self-produced gas by desulphurization.The hidden troubles of the leakage in convection section heat carrier furnace tube and air preheater is thoroughly eliminated,which ensure normal operation to the unit.
