摘要
对双管束U形管换热器的结构设计要点进行了分析,结合实例对双管束的设置及其支撑结构设计进行了详尽地分析,探讨其设计的合理性;并就双管束U形管换热器的其他细节的结构设计作了介绍。
This paper analyzes the key points in design of double-bundle U tube exchanger from the viewpoint of structural design,puts forward some suggestions on the structural design of such equipment based on engineering examples, including the setup of double-bundle and its supporting structure,analyzes in detail various kinds of supporting structure for bundle and the design of supporting beam for upper bundle,and discusses the rationality of the design.In the end,this paper provides supplementary explanation for other structures in detail,which may be helpful in design of such equipment.
