摘要
根据盲板结构及载荷特点,建立周期性边界条件力学模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对结构进行热应力耦合分析。在取得线性化应力分析结果的基础上,依据JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》,选取不同路径对插扣型快开盲板进行强度校核,结果表明强度满足要求。
According to the structure and load characteristics of blind plate,a model under periodic conditions is established,and thermalstress coupled analysis of the structure is made by using FEM software ANSYS.Based on linearized stress analysis results and the Analytical and Design Standard for Steel Pressured Vessel (JB 4732-1995),different paths to check the strength of eye-splice quick-opening closure are selected,and the results indicate that the strength is sufficient.
