摘要 弯头是改变流体流动方向的典型管道配件,除了用于改变介质运动方向外,还起到提高管路柔性,缓解管道振动和约束力,对热膨胀起补偿作用等。在管道系统的事故案例中弯头的失效率最高,而且弯头的失效又有明显的局部性和突发性,特别是在石化、建材系统中,管道运行工况苛刻、复杂,而且介质腐蚀性强。文章以90°弯头为例,通过FLUENT流体仿真软件对弯管中的流体运动情况进行仿真,进而提出一种弯管改进方法,以提高弯管结构的使用寿命。 As a typical pipeline accessory,elbow not only changes the direction of fluid flow,but also improves the flexibility of pipeline,reduces the vibration and constraint,and compensates the thermal expansion.In accidents of pipeline, elbow is of the highest failure rate,and locality and suddenness are the features of elbow failure, especially in petrochemical and building material areas where the working conditions of pipeline are severe and complicated and the medium is corrosive.This paper takes 90°elbow as an example to simulate the fluid flow in elbow based on FLUENT simulation software,and presents an improvement method to prolong the service life of elbow.
