高反射率FR-1热反射涂料的节能机理和应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 论证了高反射率FR-1热反射涂层的重辐射面性质及其节能机理。FR-1热反射涂层的反射率很高,吸收率很低,在炉内吸收的辐射能少,炉壁温度相应偏低。壁温低不但减少了炉体的散热损失,还将使炉壁与烟气的对流换热增强,其对流换热量将补偿炉体的散热量。实际应用证明节能效果显著。 This article analyzes the feature of reradiating surface of high-reflectivity FR-1 coat and its energy-saving mechanism.FR-1 coat has high reflectivity,lower absorptivity, therefore radiating energy absorbed in furnace, and relative lower temperature of furnace wall, thus not only reduce loss of heat dissipation of furnace body,and also enhance convection heat exchange between the furnace wall and flue gas. The convection heat exchange can compensate heat dissipation of the furnace body.The practical application shows a remarkable energy saving effect.
