摘要 对现役PTA加氢反应器不同部位的腐蚀原因进行了分析,认为点蚀和冲涮腐蚀是由于HAc-Br^-腐蚀介质在不同状态下引起的;氢气入口管裂纹主要是由于在运行过程中介质中含有Br在临氢状态下局部应力集中产生的氢致应力腐蚀开裂。研究并实施了点蚀坑的补焊修复技术和延缓氢致应力腐蚀开裂产生的氢气入口管改造等腐蚀控制措施。 Through the analysis on the corrosion reason in different place of currently used PTA hydrogenation reactor,the potting corrosion and flushing erosion were caused by HAc-Br-medium in different conditions;The crack on hydrogen intake pipe was mainly caused by Br in moving medium which concentrated local stress together with hydrogen present during the operation process,leading the hydrogen diffusion on SSC.The corrosion modification technology has been researched and protection measurements have been taken for repairing welding pitting of the intake pipe and to delay the hydrogen diffusion on SSC.
