振动磨机高强螺栓的疲劳可靠性分析

摘要 ZM2800振动磨机用高强度螺栓将磨料筒锁紧在抱箍与箱体之间,工作状态时螺栓内产生交变应力,它是磨机的关键易损零件之一。通过对该螺栓做无限寿命可靠度校核,发现原设计的螺栓规格取得偏大且初始预紧力也取得过高。计算得出,将原设计的M52螺栓改为M36能满足振动磨机的工况要求。 The high strength screw bolts of a vibratom ZM2800 fix the milling barrel between the box body and the hoop.The alternating stress in the bolts under working state makes it one of the most vulnerable elements of the machine.By checking its reliability during unlimited service time,it is discovered that the screw bolt size of present design is bigger,and the pre- stressing force is higher as well.It is the conclusion that the screw bolt should be made in the size of M36 instead of the present size of M52.
