桂产新鲜马樱丹叶及花的香气成分的HS-SPME-GC-MS分析 被引量:2

Detecting volatile compounds of fresh leaves and flowers of Lantana camara L.with headspace solid phase microextraction coupledto gas chromatography and mass spectrometry

摘要 以无需溶剂的简捷的顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱法分析了广西产新鲜马樱丹叶及花的挥发性香气成分。从叶的香气中分离出44个峰,鉴定出39种化合物,占香气成分总质量的98.83%。叶的挥发性香气主要成分及其质量分数为:橙花叔醇(16.77%),β-石竹烯(16.51%),α-姜黄烯(10.50%),α-长叶松烯(9.47%),β-榄香烯(8.85%),姜烯(7.91%),α-石竹烯(6.88%),α-香柠檬烯(3.61%),松油烯(3.04%)。从花的香气中分离出50个色谱峰,鉴定出个43个成分,占香气成分总质量的98.54%。花的挥发性香气主要成分及其质量分数为:β-石竹烯(13.11%),β-榄香烯(12.55%),α-长叶松烯(11.84%),姜烯(10.48%),α-姜黄烯(9.63%),α-石竹烯(5.79%),橙花叔醇(5.28%),α-香柠檬烯(4.81%),α-松油烯(3.71%)。 A simple, rapid and solvent-free method, headspace solid phase micro-extraction (HSSPME) coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)has been developed for the detection of volatile compounds of the fresh Leaves and flowers of Lantana camara L. grown in Guangxi Provice. The results showed that 44 peaks were separated from the leaves and 39 compounds were identified, accounting for 98.83% of the total constituents. And from the flowers 50 peaks were separated and 43 compounds were identified, accounting for 98.54% of the total constituents. The major compounds (including their mass fractions ) of the volatile from the leaves were Nerolidol ( 16. 77% ), beta. -Caryophyllene ( 16. 51% ), alpha. -Curcumene ( 10. 50% ), alpha. -Longipinene (9. 47% ), beta. -Elemene ( 8.85% ), Zingiberene ( 7. 91% ), alpha. -Caryophyllene (6. 88% ), alpha. -Bergamotene ( 3.61% ) Terpinolene (3.04%). The major compounds ( including their mass fractions) of the volatile from the flowers were beta.-Caryophyllene (13.11%), beta.-Elemene ( 12. 55% ), alpha. -Longipinene ( 11.84% ), Zingiberene ( 10. 48% ), alpha. -Curcumene (9.63%), alpha. -Caryophyllene (5.79%), Nerolidol (5.28%), alpha. -Bergamotene (4. 81% ), alpha. - Terpinolene (3.71%).
