摘要
由于各执行元件泄漏、负载和性能的差异及制造误差,多执行机构会产生同步误差。结合比例伺服阀的特点,建立非对称动力机构的数学模型,并对比例伺服阀进行建模分析,最终建立阀控四缸同步控制系统的数学模型。
Due to the difference of leakage, load and characteristics of actuators, and error in manufacture, the synchronization error is inevitable in multi-actuators' movement. Establishes the mathematical model of asymmetrical actuators with considering characteristic of proportional servo-valve, analyzes the modeling of proportional servo-valve, and finally sets up the mathematical model of valve controlled 4-cylinder synchronous control system.
