摘要
进入21世纪,企业为了生存和发展,职工培训显得尤为重要。首先解释了职工培训的含义并强调其重要性,其次阐述了职工培训的作用及简要介绍了其任务和具体形式,最后说明建立学习型企业是企业发展的需要。
In the 21st century,for the survival and development of enterprise,employee's training is becoming more and more important.This paper first explains the meaning of employee's training and emphasizes its importance,then it explains the purpose of employee's training and has a brief introduction to its mission and form,finally it shows establishing learning enterprise is the requirement for development.
