摘要
通过对通用减速器在不同室温和不同环境风速下加载试验,测定其在不同加载功率下的效率、热平衡温度,建立相应的热平衡方程,计算散热系数K的试验值,并通过修正获得标准状态下的K值。
By means of load test on general reducer in the different environment temperature and air flow speed, we measured the efficiency and thermal balance temperature under different load power. Next we constructed the thermal balance equation, calculated the test value of the heat sinking factor K and obtained the K value under standard condition.
