论英语教学中的“中国文化失语症”

"中国文化失语症"指的是外语学习者在跨文化交际的过程中不能用外语表达中国文化的现象。在英语教学中,这个现象主要是由于英语教育工作者对中国文化的忽视而导致的。因此,英语教育工作者要重视中国文化,通过各种方式增加教学中中国文化的输入,提高学生中国文化的英语表达能力。

＂Aphasia of Chinese culture＂ refers to the phenomenon that Chinese foreign language learners lack the ability of expressing Chinese culture in foreign languages during intercultural communication.As for English teaching,the ignorance of Chinese culture mainly accounts for this phenomenon.Therefore,Chinese culture should be paid great attention and be added to the English teaching so that students＇ English ability of expressing Chinese culture can be improved.
