摘要
介绍韶关市地质灾害预报预警系统,该系统基于GIS技术,充分运用SQL2000数据库、VB6.0等编程语言、Surfer8.0后台绘图功能以及插值功能,根据韶关各地的地质结构特征、地质灾害易发区资料以及历史个例、实况降水历史资料、多家数值预报降水产品、广州中心气象台的"短时临近预报系统(雨燕)"产品、雷达资料、自动气象站和遥测站降水实况资料,制作出韶关市未来3、24和48 h预报精细化地质灾害等级预报,并在GIS地理信息系统的平台上显示,预报结果通过电视天气预报栏目、12121气象电话、决策服务平台、手机短信以及互联网站发布。
A GIS - based system for early warning and forecasting of geological disasters is introduced in this paper. SQL SERVER 2(130 , Visual Basic 6. 0 and back -end running of Surfer8. 0 are applied in the system. Using real time rainfall observation, radar data and the quantitative precipitation forecasts (QPF) of NWP models and the nowcast system SWIFT,the system produces ranked geological disaster potential for 3 -hour,24 -hour,and 48 -hour lead times based on the data of geological structure and the distribution of areas liable to geological disaster,as well as the statistical relationship between historical samples of geological disasters and rainfall data. The results are presented on the platform of GIS ,which are at the same time published to the public and the local government via TV, 12121 ,platform for decision -making meteorological service ,mobile phone short message and internet etc.
