2×300MW火电工程调试中的节能实践

摘要 介绍了在某2×300MW火电工程调试中,在分系统调试期间用工业水替代开式水作为闭式水系统的冷却水源节约循环水泵运行能耗;提前运行汽动给水泵实现无电泵启动减少电泵运行能耗;用等离子点火技术节约锅炉点火用油等调试节能经验。这些措施也为特定情况下促进调试进度提供了经验。 Some energy saving experiences used in a 2 ×300MW thermal power commissioning project are introduced. These experiences mainly are using industry water instead of open water as cooling water for closed cooling water system, so circulating pump power consumption is saved;using steam feedwater pump for start pump to save motor driving feedwater pump power consumption and application of the plasma ignition technology to save ignition oil. These experiences can also speed up the commissioning progress under special conditions.
