介绍了安钢第一炼轧厂在现有的技术装备条件下,开发冷镦盘条SWRCH18A和SWRCH22A的工艺实践,详细阐述了从炼钢到连铸和轧钢的过程中工艺控制的要点和难点,强调了精炼过程控制对生产该钢种的重要性。
On the condition of existing technical equipment of Anyang Iron ＆ Steel Group Co. Ltd. , H18A and SWRCH22A cold heading wire rod coil were developed. The process control points and difficulties were explained in details from steelmaking, continuous casting and rolling process. The importance of refinement process control was especially emphasized.
