摘要
本文基于企业核心竞争力形成机制,通过对比分析中日钢铁业的概况及特点,探析其核心竞争力在引导力、激励力、凝聚力和扩张力方面的差距,最后提出对策和建议,为我国钢铁业由大转强、持续健康发展提出了管窥之见。
On the basis of the forming mechanism of corporate core competence, the article analyzed the difference of core competence in guiding, stimulating, cohesion and expanding capabilities through the comparative analysis on the general situation and characteristics of Chinese and Japanese steel industries. The proposals were put forward for the purpose of offering a humble view on how to transform Chinese steel industry from big to strong and maintain a sustainable development.
