摘要
简要介绍了目前采用的几类防抽空机械密封的结构原理、性能及使用范围等，分析了各自的优缺点，并介绍了实际应用中的情况，可供选用防抽空机械密封时参考。
The construction priciple,performance and scope of application of some evacuation proof mechnical seal at present are recommended in this article briefly.Every merits and demerits are analyzed.Its situation of actual application is recommended.So that,it may give a reference to selection of evacuation proof mechanic seal for engineers and technicians.
