全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(附23例报告)

Laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal hernia repair:a report of 23 cases

目的:总结完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal prosthesis,TEP)的临床应用体会。方法:2006年3月至2008年8月我院收治腹股沟疝患者23例,均在全麻下行TEP。结果:手术时间60～120min。术中出血10～50ml,术后阴囊及皮下气肿4例,术后3～5d出院。随访3～29个月,无复发。结论:TEP安全、可靠,并发症少,且操作简单易行。

Objective： To summarize the value of laparoscopic total extraperitoneal prosthesis （TEP）. Methods： From Mar： 2006 to Aug. 2008,twenty three patients with inguinal hernia accepted TEP under general anesthesia in our hospital. Results：The operative time availed from 60 to 120 minutes, and blood loss was 10-50ml. Postoperative complications included 4 cases scrotal emphysema and pneumoderma. The patients discharged from hospital 3-5d after operation. There was no recurrence in 3-29 months follow-up. Conclusions：The TEP is safe, reliable, simple and with less complications.
