腹腔镜卵巢切除术在绝经前乳腺癌辅助治疗中的应用(附21例报告)

The application of laparoscopic ovariectomy in the adjuvant therapy of premenopausal breast cancer:with a report of 21 cases

目的:探讨腹腔镜卵巢去势术辅助治疗绝经前乳腺癌的应用价值。方法:应用腹腔镜施行卵巢去势术21例,主要用于辅助治疗绝经前乳腺癌患者。结果:术后患者均恢复良好,未发生手术并发症,术后第2天均自行肛门排气。结论:对部分无法行药物性卵巢去势的患者,腹腔镜卵巢去势术是很好的选择。

Objective：To investigate the application of laparoscopic ovariectomy in the adjuvant treatment of premenopausal breast cancer. Methods： Twenty-one cases of laparoseopic ovarieetomy were applied mainly for pre-menopausal breast cancer patients as adjuvant therapy. Results：All patients recovered well after operation, no postoperative complications occurred, anal exsufflation occurred on the second day after operation. Conclusions ： For some patients can accept drug castration due to personal reasons, laparoscopic ovariectomy is a good choice.
