摘要
在全球化的今天,文化融合与适应成为研究焦点。本研究对在杭州就读北方学生的文化适应策略调查后发现:整合是最被广泛应用的策略,其次是分离、边缘化和同化,而且不同策略在三组学生中也有不同的发展趋势。这一定程度上支持了Lysgaard等人提出关于文化适应的V型理论,更重要的是探索了西方的跨文化理论在国内应用的可行性。
In our age of globalization, more and more researches focus on cultural integration and acculturation. After a survey designed to explore the acculturation strategies among the college students from northern China in Hangzhou, the findings indicate that integration is the most preferred strategy followed by separation, marginalization and assimilation, and different patterns of acculturation strategies are adopted among three groups of students. The results support Lysgaard' s U theories in acculturation in some sense and, what is more important, the feasibility of the application of intercultural theories in the reality of China has been explored.
