摘要
3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵是一种重要的有机原料。本文对采用盐酸返滴定测定其含量的方法进行了研究,样品在40±1℃的水浴中与过量的氢氧化钠标准溶液反应35分钟后,以甲基红为指示剂,用盐酸标准溶液返滴定剩余的氢氧化钠,从而得到3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵的含量。实验表明,这种方法操作简单、测定快速、准确度高、重现性好。
3-chloro-2-hydroxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is an important organic raw material. The determination of 3-chloro-2-hydroxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride by hydrochloric acid in the returng titration ,way was described. Under the condition of 40± 1℃ , the sample was reacted with superfluous standard solution of sodium hydroxide for 35 minutes, then methyl red which was used as one indicator dropped into this system , and titrating it by the standard solution of hydrochloric acid. The result shows that this is a easy-operating way with the fast determination and high accuracy and good repeatability.
