摘要
综述了现代结构陶瓷材料在发动机零部件制造中的应用,主要介绍了用陶瓷材料制备的活塞、活塞销、气轮机叶片、涡轮增压器转子、挺杆及进排气阀等的优点及其存在的问题。认为陶瓷发动机零部件的可靠性问题已得到解决,进一步的工作是优化工艺,降低成本。
The paper reviewed the application of structural ceramic materials in engines in the world.The advantages and the problems of engine components made from ceramics,such as piston crown,pistonrod,turbine blade turbocharger rotor,tapper ,intake and exhaust valves etc.,were discussed mainly.It is considered that the problems of reliability of engine components have solved,and the further work was to optimizing technology and lower the cost.
