Research on Tool allocation and Dispatching Strategy in FMS

要实现ＦＭＳ内刀具的合理流动，必须有一套功能完善的ＦＭＳ刀具管理软件。在ＦＭＳ刀具管理系统中，刀具分配与调度策略的优劣直接影响刀具流动的效率。本文探讨了ＦＭＳ刀具分配与调度策略的有关问题，提出了“虚拟刀具库”的刀具分配策略；探讨了机器人的服务策略、刀具争用策略、刀具选择策略、刀具存贮策略等刀具调度策略，并对各种策略的特点进行了评价。这些刀具分配与调度策略已应用于实际的ＦＭＳ刀具管理系统中。

To implement the tool movements in an FMS,an FMS tool management software should be developed perfectly.In a tool management system for FMS,the better or worse about tool allocation and dispatching strategy influences the efficiency of tool movements.In this paper,some problems about tool allocation and dispatching strategy in an FMS are discussed;a virtual tool matrix strategy applied in tool allocation is proposed,the four dispatching strategies about tool handing robot service,tool contending,tool selection and tool storage are emphasized in detail,and the evaluation for all those strategies is made.All those tool allocation and dispatching strategies are used in an actual tool management system for FMS.
