根据柔性制造系统（ＦＭＳ）的特点，研究了ＦＭＳ可靠性的设计理论，包括确定ＦＭＳ可靠性指标，建立ＦＭＳ可靠性模型等；开发了一个系统可靠性集成分析软件；最后以应用说明了理论研究和软件的效果。
