摘要
根据起重机金属结构在设计、制造和使用中的特点,重点是在使用中的特点,基于现代非线性理论与方法的金属结构信息分析与仿真、基于计算机辅助工程分析的金属结构承载能力评价、基于材料组织与性能分析的金属结构失效机理研究、基于现场实测的金属结构状态综合分析与研究等几个方面提出了起重机金属结构安全性评价的现代分析理论与方法的主要内容;简述了这几项理论与方法在起重机金属结构安全性评价方面的研究与应用状况。
According to the behaviours of the crane′s structures in theperiods of design,manufacture and service,especially in the period of service,this paper puts forth the basic concepts of advanced theories and methods for safety evaluation of crane′s structures in terms of information analysis and simulation based on the nonlinear theory and method,load-bearing capacity evaluation based on the computer aided engineering analysis,failured mechanism research bases on the materials′ organization and performance analysis,comprehensive condition analysis and research based on the spot testing and measuring.The applications of those theories and methods to the safety evaluation of crane′s structures are also stated in this paper.
