bcl-2、PTEN在卵巢子宫内膜异位症癌变过程中的作用观察

Bcl-2 and PTEN Protein Expressions in the Malignant Transformation of Ovarian Endometriosis

目的探讨bcl-2、PTEN蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜异位症癌变过程中的作用。方法免疫组化法检测56例卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者bcl-2、PTEN蛋白表达,分为子宫内膜异位症组(内异症组)20例、子宫内膜不典型增生组(不典型增生组)16例、子宫内膜异位症癌变组(癌变组)20例。结果子宫内膜异位症癌变组和子宫内膜不典型增生组bcl-2蛋白表达阳性率显著高于子宫内膜异位症组(P<0.05);癌变组PTEN蛋白表达阳性率显著低于不典型增生组及内异症组(P<0.01)。结论PTEN低表达和bcl-2的过度表达可能共同参与了内异症癌变的过程,bcl-2蛋白阳性的内异症可能是癌前病变。

Objective To study the impact of bcl- 2 and PTEN protein expressio in the malignant transformation of ovarian endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the bcl - 2 and PTEN protein expressions in 56 endometriosis patients. Results The positive bcl -2 protein expression rate of Group Ⅲ and Group Ⅱ was apparently higher than that of Group Ⅰ （ P 〈 0.05 ）. FFEN protein expression rate of Group Ⅲ was lowerer than that of Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅰ （P 〈 O. 01 ） Conclusion It is possible that the o- ver - expressions of bel - 2 protein and the lower expressions of PTEN protein play an important role in the malig- nant transformation of ovarian endometriosis.
