摘要
在Pro/E中建立船用齿轮箱箱体的三维实体模型,然后采用有限元法,建立了该箱体的有限元动力学模型,最后用ABAQUS软件对箱体结构进行有限元模态分析,计算出了齿轮箱箱体的固有特性,对箱体的设计和改进有一定指导意义。
The original characteristic of gearbox affected greatly the vibration and noise of the system. The 3-D solid model of the marine gearbox was carried out in the Pro/E system. Utilizing this entity model, a dynamic finite element model of this box was set. With the help of ABAQUS, this characteristic was analyzed. The results of modal analysis can be used to the design and improvement of the gearbox.
